The purpose of the foundation in the area of “pain therapy” is to promote public health. Specifically, it aims to support people suffering from arachnopathy, arachnopathy research and related research areas as well as scientific research and teaching.
Charitable purpose

- The Foundation pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the section “Tax-privileged purposes” of the German Fiscal Code (§§ 51 ff. AO).
- The purpose of the foundation in the area of “pain therapy” is to promote public health. Specifically, it aims to support people suffering from arachnopathy, arachnopathy research and related research areas as well as scientific research and teaching.
- The Foundation shall make use of an auxiliary person within the meaning of § 57 para. 1 sentence 2 AO to fulfill its tasks, insofar as it does not perform the tasks itself. Insofar as the Foundation does not directly realize its purposes itself, it may pass on its funds in whole or in part to other tax-privileged institutions or corporations under public law that realize corresponding purposes.
- The foundation operates selflessly; it does not primarily pursue its own economic purposes.
- The Foundation’s funds may only be used for the purposes set out in the Articles of Association.
